Tuna pljeskavice za trudnice (Tuna burgers for pregnant women)

Sastojci: 180g tune, 1 krompir, 2 belanceta, 20g gustina, 1/2 kasicice kima u prahu, 1/2 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 1/2 kasicice korijandera u prahu, 1/4 kasicice kurkume u prahu, 1/4 kasicice muskat oraha u prahu, 1/4 kasicice djumbira u prahu, 1/4 kasicice cimeta u prahu, 1/4 kasicice kardamona u prahu, 1/4 kasicice karanfilica u prahu, prezle ili zamena za prezle 

Priprema:

1) Oljustiti i obariti krompir. Izgnjeciti. Penasto umutiti belanca i podeliti na dva dela.

2) Pomesati krompir, sve zacine i gustin. Dodati tunu i dobro promesati.

3) Praviti pljeskavice. Umakati u belance pa u prezle.

4) Na malo ulja uljane repice na srednjoj temperaturi (4) u tiganju prziti tuna pljesakvice.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Tuna pljeskavice sa senfom.


Ingredients: 180g tuna, 1 potato, 2 egg whites, 20g corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon clove powder, breadcrumbs or substitute for bread crumbs

Preparation:

1) Peel and cook the potatoes. Mash. Beat the egg whites until foamy and divide into two parts.

2) Mix the potatoes, all the spices and corn starch. Add the tuna and mix well.

3) Make the burgers. Dip in the egg whites and then in the breadcrumbs.

4) Fry the tuna burgers - tuna patties in a frying pan with a little canola oil on medium heat (4).

Suggestion: you can make Tuna patties with mustard.
