Domaci musli za decu (Homemade muesli for children)

(Za decu 4-15 godina).

Sastojci: 250g ovsenih pahuljica (psenicnih ili razanih), 70g psenicnih mekinja, 10g semenki lana, 2 kasike semenki susama, 150g orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, bademi, lesnici, pistaci), 1 kasika mesavine semenki (semenke suckoreta, semenke bundeve), 2 kasike kokosovog brasna, 1 kasicica cimeta, prstohvat djumbira u prahu, prstohvat muskat oraha u prahu, prstohvat soli, 120g meda, 4 kasike sosa od jabuka, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 150g suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve, suvo grozdje, suve brusnice).

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati ovsene pahuljice, semenke lana, susam, orasaste plodove, mesavinu semenki, kokos, cimet, djumbir, muskat orah i so.
2) U drugoj ciniji pomesati med, sos od jabuka i maslinovo ulje. Dobro promesati. Dodati u suve sastojke i dobro sjediniti.
3) Staviti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i rastanjtit na debljinu oko pola cm. Peci u prthodno zagrejanoj rerni na 150 C oko 1 sat povremeno mesajuci, na svakih 15 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Dodati suvo voce i promesati.

Ingredients: 250g of oat flakes - rolled oats (wheat or rye), 70g of wheat bran, 10g of flax seeds, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 150g of nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds), 2 tablespoons of coconut flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of ginger in powder, a pinch of nutmeg powder, a pinch of salt, 120g of honey, 4 tablespoons of applesauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 150g of dried fruit (dried apricots, dried plums, dried figs, dried grapes, dried cranberries).

Preparation:
1) Mix oat flakes, flax seeds, sesame, nuts, mixed seeds, coconut, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt in a bowl.
2) In another bowl, mix honey, applesauce and olive oil. Stir well. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
3) Place in a tray lined with baking paper and spread out to a thickness of about half a cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 C for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, every 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
4) Add dried fruit and stir.


Suggestion: you can also make homemade muesli.
