Sastojci: 300g crvenog sociva, 1 krompir, 2 sargarepe, 250g svezeg kupusa 1/2 glavice crnog luka, 2 + 2 cena belog luka, komad korena djumbira oko 2cm, 50g lista persuna, 125g badema (ili indijskih oraha ili oraha), 1 kasicica kima u prahu, sok od jednog limuna, 8g praska za pecivo, 1 kasika ulja uljane repice.
Priprema:
1) Socivo oprati u dve, tri vode. Preliti sa vodom i ostaviti preko noci (moze i 12 sati). Ocediti.
2) Krompir i sargarepe oljustiti. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati, a krompir i sargarepu izrendati.
3) Na ulju na srednjoj temperaturi (4) proprziti crni luk oko 5 minuta. Dodati 2 cena belog luka i prziti dok ne pusti miris. Dodati krompir i sargarepu i prziti jos 5 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) U blender sipati socivo, djumbir, 2 cena belog luka, persun, bademe, kim i sok od limuna i samleti do pola. Spatulom spustiti sa stranica delove mesavine i ponovo blendirati.
5) U ciniji pomesati mesavinu sociva, povrce i prasak za pecivo. Dobro sjediniti. Ruke namazati uljem i praviti pljeskavice.
6) Na ulju prziti pljskavice 3 do 4 minuta sa svake strane, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).
Predlog: mozete napraviti Palacinke od povrca bez jaja i glutena.
Veganske pljeskavice od zeljenog sociva
Ingredients: 300g of red lentils, 1 potato, 2 carrots, 250g of fresh cabbage, 1/2 onion, 2 + 2 cloves of garlic, a piece of ginger root about 2cm, 50g of parsley leaves, 125g of almonds (or cashews or walnuts), 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, juice of one lemon, 8g of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
Preparation:
1) Wash the lentils thoroughly in two or three waters. Cover with water and leave overnight (or 12 hours). Drain.
2) Peel potato and carrots. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic, and grate the potato and carrots.
3) Fry the onion in oil at a medium temperature (4) for about 5 minutes. Add 2 cloves of garlic and fry until fragrant. Add potato and carrots and fry for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
4) Put lentils, ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley, almonds, cumin and lemon juice into a blender and grind until half. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixture and blend again.
5) In a bowl, mix the lentil mixture, vegetables and baking powder. Mix well. Grease your hands with oil and make patties - burgers.
6) Fry the patties - burgers in oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, at medium temperature (4).
